Fieldwork: Building an inclusive experience outside of the classroom (Cornell) We've compiled research and resources to both educate you on the issues and provide mechanisms to adopt and enforce rules to ensure safe, accessible and inclusive fieldwork.
In the Field (ADVANCEGeo) We present recent research on how to ensure safe, accessible and inclusive field experiences, which center on the adoption and enforcement of rules for appropriate behavior.
Pride Field Network We provide information, community support, and resources for LGBTQ+ fieldworkers so they can carry out their important work without fearing for their safety and wellbeing.
The Fieldwork Initiative We seek to maintain a network for victims who have struggled with gendered violence while conducting research, as well as proliferate pre-fieldwork training seminars that break open the black box of data collection and shed light on the realities of trauma, racism, and gendered violence in the field.

Fieldwork While Parenting Blog Our goal is to show that parents can be successful in field based roles, and that there are many different successful solutions to fieldwork while parenting.
Field Secrets: A Field Guide to Living in the Field We want to create a community of women, LGBTQ+, and members of underrepresented groups in STEM, where we can gather together to tell our tales, encourage careers and family, share a few unknown secrets to our successes during fieldwork, and highlight some talented individuals along the way.
Field Inclusive, Inc. We amplify and support Black-identifying and historically excluded individuals who professionally work outdoors in any natural resources field.
Visibility STEM Africa We promote the stories of Africans – on the Continent and beyond – to inspire the next generation of leaders in STEM.
500 Queer Scientists We are a visibility campaign for LGBTQ+ people and their allies working in STEM and STEM-supporting jobs.
The Root of the Science Podcasts We highlight #AfricansInSTEM across the globe and give them the opportunity to tell their stories in their own voice (literally) about their research or projects.
The Women in Ecology and Evolution Podcast We highlight awesome women in ecology and evolution - their research, their experiences, and their passions.
Her Royal Science Podcast We are a podcast for minoritised individuals in STEM to share their deeply personal stories.
